1. GYMS
Please find below the link for you to register your Gym/Organisation with Muay Thai Australia - QLD.
This Membership is $220.00 and is valid for 12months from the date of joining.
New and Returning Organisation (Club) Memberships
INTERSTATE GYMS must be registered with Muay Thai Australia. You do not need to also register with Muay Thai QLD.
2. FIGHTERS
Competitors from QLD MUST take out an Individual Membership with Muay Thai Australia - QLD. See the link below to register as an Individual.
This Membership is $55/year and is valid for 12months from the date of joining.

3. SUBMITTING MEDICALS AND SEROLOGY(BLOOD TESTS)
If you have a confirmed match by a Promoter of the MTA Event you're on, please email your Medical (link above in Step 2) and Serology, for 16 years old and over, to muaythaiqld@gmail.com

FAQs
Why do I have to pay to be a member here when I don't have to with any other sanction?
Great question! As you may have already heard, Muay Thai has been recognized as an Olympic sport. This is a great achievement by IFMA and although not a medal sport yet, we are one step away! MTA is the only sanction to be able to work with these organizations and provide Australians with a pathway to the Olympic games. Alongside that, we also work with the Federal Government to be accredited with the NSO (National Sporting status) status for Muay Thai.
Muaythai Australia's costs include
1- IFMA and WMC affiliation fees
2 - Obligations to retain our NSO (National sporting organisation status with the Federal Government)
3 - Supplying equipment for Tournament events
4 - Costs incurred with Websites and Revolutionize sport platform
5 - Hosting free Official courses
Is this just a money maker?
No! MTA-Q is a complete non for profit organization and everyone who works for us does it on a voluntary basis. Any money that we make from fees gets put back into the sport to keep improving Muay Thai in Queensland.
